Public Release 0.05 and Devlog 0.06c

Here we go, public release time. It's a little ahead of schedule but this marks the end of a transitional period and I'm smoothing things out by being a little lose with the times. Also I'm just really eager to get version 0.05 out there, it marked the completion of the guide and the new end screen... it might not be your super flashy AAA stuff, but I can barely look back on the old end screen and I'm eager for the rest of the world to forget it.

Sometimes something really nice just happens. This week has been pretty hard and the time for dev just wasn't really existing... nevertheless I consider myself a professional and I was going to deliver something, even though I'd given the warning that it wouldn't be much. So the first week now that the guide is done... I sat down hot off the heels of all that, fixed some bugs, version locked 0.05c for release and immediately got called away to work back to back 20 hour shifts with a 4 hour nap in the middle. Well shit. That's how I feel at least.

So with the rejigger of the Patreon, there comes some new words but as promised, the same service. Persistence: 0.05a Hotfix

Well it looks like there is a minor single word error in this one that accidentally disabled Lisa's sunday morning scene. This is a fix for that, which you can either download a complete new package if you want to not bother with anything complicated, or you can shove the "screenDayhandler.rpyc" file into the games "game" directory with all the other *.rpyc files.

Persistence: Patreon Release 0.05a

I would have thrown out excuses or some such about all the disruptions this week has had, but while that has indeed happened I'm not really unhappy with this weeks work, even if it was a little delayed. Well it's that time of week again! And it's a public one too boot.

Another action packed week of dev. It all started when my stability fixes had a rather large flaw in them. But that's all solved now. Then I tripped and made a decent first pass at android compatibility, which was something I wanted but turned out to be very achievable.
