Nerd obsession culture of submissive cute girls like maids servants etc. It has become generalized to describe borderline cute sexy perverted anime girls. Many Weiss has licenses with popular animes which feature cute girls , hence those are "waifu" sets. E.g. see last set Rent a Girlfriend which I bought a lot 😁🤣
