I freaking loooove how they painted Drakkal. Look at how sexy he is with that flirty, cocky smirk! Shay doesn't quite know what to do about his reaction to this situation, but she was...impressed. 😂
Writing this scene was so fun. This whole book was actually just a blast to write (the whole Infinite City series, really, lol). There was just so much banter and snarky remarks between these two characters, and definitely plenty of sexual tension.

Just started this one not too long ago this scene had my dying, I'm listening to the books and the voice actor does him with almost like an Irish accent so now I can't unsee drakkal without an Irish accent 😂
