Self-Portrait With Dog
Added 2025-02-23 08:50:21 +0000 UTCThis was originally just an animation practice, I've been toying with making animations again and got frustrated with how bad I was with animating hands movements, so I drew one as an exercise that's 100% focused on hand movement. Then a friend pointed out that it looks like a hand trying to reach for a pet for scritches, and it occurred to me that my boyfriend's family's dogs have this habit of first asking for pets, and then sitting juuust outside of reach. So this is now a self-portrait, featuring their younger dog Nox, whom I adore. Alternative title: Let Me Pet You, You Little Shit.
