Software called Wallpaper Engine. This application allows you to animate your desktop easily and very well.
I once uploaded my draft for you.
If you want, you can use it. Maybe you are interested in more short animation. The video is in 4K.

Will certainly work with similar software. So far I haven't found anything better.
