Mupen64Plus-Next Preview with GLide64 (older RDP Plugin) For Switch

- GLide64 is hardcoded to lowest accuracy in this build, so don't complain about render issues with it, will add options later, see next point.
- No Core options for GLide64 are exposed right now, make sure you set Resolution to 640x480 if you use it. That option is only intented for GLideN64 currently, but it has some side-effects on GLide64 right now.

i think i'm having issues to use this version, Goldeneye is still lagging to me after set to use this one, could you help please?
