2025-06-19 19:58:32 +0000 UTCThe curse was strong because it had Sukuna's finger. Itadori was most likely exhausted and "passed out" while switching with Sukuna and that is why he couldn't switch. Sukuna gets the finger either way just to gain more of his strength and try to see if he could get control over Itdaori's body. Also, the story of the womb and 3 first years was actually happening real time it wasn't in the past, it was showing through our 3 first years. Next episode or 2 will kind of explain it. Hope that helps!
