I have a complicated relationship with My Hero Academia, which could be boiled down to my complicated relationship with shonen.

There are specific traits that I love, like the consistency in powers and abilities, and the likability of adolescent characters (things that in Western superhero comics just don't exist.)

And other traits that I just hate, like the special flavor of eastern sexism (they just don't know that women can be kind AND aware of their sexual appeal) and the emphasis put on self-sacrifice, which teaches the children to don't value their well-being.

Maybe I will talk about this in the captions of the upcoming panels, if I feel like it.

While studying these two I've realized that All-Might is officially taller than Thrall, and it was a surprise to reckon that orc characters made before the orc fetish kicked in aren't actually that big, and had pretty human-ish body proportions in their early designs.

Something that doesn't quite apply to the character editor from Bonfire, the indie game by Hogswild from which I took the NPCs for the audience around Thrall.

The character editor is wild, you have the orc, human, and gorilla species, but it's all based around sliders, including the colors, so you can get any kind of bizarre and highly bangable humanoid. Demon, yeti, bigfoot, you name it.

I highly suggest trying it, the developer doesn't even charge you monthly but for each new update so you will never feel like you're giving your money for no exclusive content.

You might have noticed that in the VS panel they both look shorter and wider than they should. Like they were the figurines of Warhammer. I don't know why I do it. I guess I unconsciously try to make them fill the entire space. I will stay in model with the next panels. If you will ever notice it because there will be a lot of perspective distortion. Hehe.

By the way, Logan uses the metric system because he's Canadian. And the imperial system is stupid as fuck.
