Thank you! Some of them are based on poses I see while I'm browsing around on sites like pinterest and this one in particular is a commission so it's based on the image reference the commissioner gave me. For completely original poses though timed gesture drawing is really helpful! It kind of trains you to think more about the flow of a pose and being able to sketch out poses using as few lines as possible will help you draft up interesting ones quickly
