The Halonyx - A Friendly, Multi-Dimensional VRChat Avatar

Halonyx Lore:

The Halonyx is a friendly, adventurous, and naïve species from a lonely dimension. One is born in a universe where no life exists in abnormally powerful black holes.

Inheriting the properties of a black hole in their horns, they managed to utilize it to travel to other dimensions. Now they travel to find places in other dimensions to call their homes while collecting memorabilia from places they've been.

Their adventurous nature typically drives them to go out to new worlds on their own or in small groups. Therefore they normally don't keep a societal structure of their own.

Quest version limited to just basic horn option at the moment while staying below maximum Quest limitations of 20,000 polygons. I plan to optimize it more later. Stay tuned.

There will be future updates, including possibly more blendshapes, clothing, and GogoLoco functionality.

Requirements:

• Unity 2019.4.31f1 or newer
• Creator Companion
• Basic knowledge of using Unity and uploading to VRChat. There are plenty of tutorials online on how to do this.
• Poiyomi Toon Shader
• Dynamic bones are only required if using for ChilloutVR

License:

• DO NOT sell or claim ownership of the Halonyx avatar or species. I put so much work into creating it.
  • That includes edited versions
• DO NOT upload as public
• DO NOT make cloneable
• DO NOT redistribute this content
  • UNLESS both parties have purchased this content legally and legitimately for commission reasons.
• Any commission work utilizing my content must only charge for THEIR own work. Do not charge for my avatar.
  • As stated in rule 4, both parties must have purchased the avatar from me legally.
• You may make edits to the avatar for personal use
• Credit the artist (ArcticAsper) properly when using the Halonyx
• Do not use this avatar for any form of intentionally dehumanizing content. Be excellent to each other.

• Because this is a digital asset with no real way to return a digital product, there are NO REFUNDS. If you aren't satisfied with the product, please respectfully reach out to me with what the problem is, and I will try to help solve them as best I can.
• I reserve all rights and keep the credits to the Halonyx and how it is used.
• I am NOT responsible for any inappropriate uses of it by others. I am an SFW artist. Do not blame me for what others do with my work. I DO NOT condone inappropriate usage of my avatars in public spaces. Keep it private!
• I reserve all rights to use it for any content I deem appropriate.
• You must contact me for permission if you plan to do anything I haven't mentioned in the TOS/License. If you are unsure, contact me anyway.
• These Terms of Service and License agreement are subject to change at any time.
• Gatekeeping on lore-friendliness of the Halonyx is frowned upon. Let people use it as they please as long as they are within the TOS.
