Sunni reference sheet - timelapse (part 1)

After a few days of trying to tackle the awful compression issues in combining all the clips, I'm finally ready to admit that it might be for the best to post the full timelapse of this big reference sheet commission in separate parts. 😅 I'm starting to look into a separate screen recording program to use with bigger works from now on to avoid these kind of issues, as being pretty sure of the root cause and that should solve it. The built-in timelapse feature has been a lifesaver for someone like me who has the canvas zoomed out for the majority of time and I fear that it would cause a full screen recording to look silly, but it's time to admit that it doesn't live up to all the needs anymore. 🙈

This first part will include the process on the main full body views of the character, as well as layout planning. The second part will cover most of the process on the outfit chibis, as well as the sticker style busts that I did for this reference sheet by request!

I made parts of the reference sheet in a separate canvas because it will have a second version with different colors. I usually work with one canvas, but with something with this much detail this felt way more convenient for sure!

I did some slight adjustments to it after recording (mostly color corrections for design accuracy), here's the end result! :) The character belongs to Bratblush, go check out her amazing art!
