I feel like people got WAY too into their 'wholesome Stotliz headcanons' and now they've pigeonholed Loona and Octavia into permanently being kids/sisters. Also the biggest irony is that Octavia actually CAN'T be 17 in the show at this point. And may have even turned 18 before she and Loona even first met.
