I'm not sure where Carlie and Ange are watching it from but the subtitles are not good. I like it better when they where showing the actual Japanese names of the technique (with notes as well haha) but maybe the VIZ subs ain't available anymore?

It is very much in character for luffy and zoro to run head first into battle. Its not so much the action that we were rewarding, but the fact that Chopper is usually just as scared as usopp and Nami in most situations, so his bravery here was extra admirable in our opinion!

Itβs similar to captain Kurro(out of the bag technique) where he disappears. 2-Shigan (finger pistol): allows one to use their finger as a weapon. the user uses their finger to pierce the target's flesh, at a very high speed. The resulting wound is roughly the size of a bullet wound. 3-geppo(moon walk): allows for "flight" by jumping off air itself. allows users to push themselves off the air itself with superhumanly strong kicks, allowing them to travel through and remain in midair for an extended period of time. 4-Kami-e (paper art): that allows superhuman flexibility. Basically it allows users to relax their body and make it take on the characteristics of a piece of paper; this grants the user extraordinary flexibility that allows them to avoid any attacks. 5-Tekkai(iron body): allows superhuman defense. It basically hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, allowing them to withstand and effectively nullify any damage they might have taken from attacks. and 6-Rankyaku(tempest kick): it like an air slash. Itβs a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, which results in a sharp compressed blade of wind that can slice through objects and greatly damage a human body.[Depending on the strength and scale of the technique, it is potentially capable of slashing a part of a building in half, which we saw in this episode. Also Zoro atleast trying to fight, he also saved nami and chopper (by telling them to duck).. I love chopper but you keep on giving him 3M or 2M easily.

2025-02-28 20:39:22 +0000 UTCI do think the fanbase is right in saying Vivi is an honorary Strawhat, but I also agree it makes sense to give her side-character treatment in your post-reaction section because it would be unfair to constantly compare her to the other Strawhats without following her journey to the same degree as the rest of the crew.
