Book and BTS - Enforced Nadu

Hello all you wonderful rope lovers!

I have an exciting announcement:

We are currently working with Green Candy Press to create a Rope 101 book!

Many of you have asked about us creating a book and we heard you!   We are working on the initial draft, making layout and style decisions, etc. now!  I don't yet know exactly when it will be released, but it will likely be next year.  I also don't yet know what it will be called, but more on that later ;)

This is giving us the opportunity to look at our content with fresh eyes.  We need to work out how to present it more efficiently now that we are going to a print format.  Separate ideas that are currently combined on the site (where we have infinite space), will need to be presented in new ways.  This will improve how we present things on the site, too!  

We have already identified areas where we need new tutorials.  

• For example, a tutorial focusing exclusively on various ways to use up rope depending on how much you have left over.  We show lots of ways to do this on the site, but the are all spread around, embedded in other tutorials; we don't have a one-stop place to go for list of lots of useful methods...
• Smoothly and efficiently handling rope itself.
• Changing your style to change the mood of the scene.
• More!

This will impact our normal voting schedule for awhile.  We are going to need to focus on the book and on creating and updating tutorials needed for the book, so voting will be paused for awhile.  Our next vote for a member-selected tutorial will be held in a few months.

We will still be creating new tutorials!  But the topics will be driven by what we need for the book.  As we finish each topic, we will update or add it to the site so you don't have to wait! 

You may have already noticed that the last few posts -- the Kinky Education List, the BDSM Experience and Curiosity Checklist, and the last BTS post -- have been oriented for newcomers, this is why!  

In that spirit, we just posted another BTS scene using just 101 ties:

We are excited about the new book!  I will let you know each time we create or update a tutorial and as we learn more about the book creation process and timeline!
