Loose jaw - Just another rant...

Hey guys, I know I rant alot about my problem. And I dont know why I have so many problems... I really dont like it too but..
I just hope to connect with people that have this symptoms too and hope we can share knowledge and tips to keep each other healthy.
I have loose jaw since I was young. I could not open my mouth wide or my jaw will be dislocated and locked. I first dislocated my jaw when i was 15. Doctor says its because its due to my jaw figure isnt fit for my face? So, this can happen and there is nothing they can do about it. I just need to take care of it, like I cant yawn too wide or laugh too wide or i will dislocate it.
I am just afraid that one day I cant even open my mouth due to easy dislocation..I am really a huge overthinker.. I know
Going to dentist is also a big problem since I cant open widely...
Do anyone have similar experience? I would love to connect with people that have similar conditions so that we can exchange knowledge and tips.
Thank you~~!

2023-04-15 02:55:33 +0000 UTCThank you for telling. My right jaw will dislocate if i open too wide. my right jaw is still fine. I am not sure if i have imbalance. But sometimes when I yawn, I will here pop sound or crackling. What do you do to maintain a healthy jaw?

2023-04-15 02:40:40 +0000 UTCMy jaw won't completely dislocate, but my left temporal joint will dislocate and make a popping sound when I open my mouth wide. This problem inexplicably appeared in my elementary school years and disappeared inexplicably in my college years. But due to long-term left and right imbalances, I now have some facial deviation, and I can feel the right temporal joint getting locked when opening my mouth.
