No this isn't the same, this isn't Mark trying to convince him or holding back somehow. He is LITERALLY giving it his all. It just isn't enough, And yeah he needs help sure. But he is smart enough to know that neither Eve nor Oliver can make any actual difference in the fight, they'd just die. Heck even conquest knows as he is actually helping Mark putting it into a strategic perspective of using them so Mark can think up a plan or find a different angle, of course that would mean letting them die... Also i am happy that he isn't dead yet, he was HELLA cool
