Today let's revisit the issue of proper communication in problem solving and the damage that we can do by holding grudges. "Pony Point of View" showed us exactly what it means to examine situations from multiple perspectives and gave some vague suggestions on how to deal with differing interpretation of the people and events involved.
Really, all we need is patience and communication. We need to trust our friends to be honest with us. Make your intentions clear at the start. When things go wrong, take time to talk it out. It's not worth letting little things like this destroy a perfectly good friendship.
While I found the episode to be generally anti-climactic in the resolution of the problem, I found it to be mostly applicable. Even if this situation doesn't happen often in the show, it definitely happens in most cases I observe in real life.
