Nah, it doesn't require awakening. Crocodile was definitely restraining the rains on Alabasta. We have another instance of a non-awakened Logia user affecting the climate of an Island. When Ace was on Drum Island, it stopped snowing while he was there. Oda specifically mentioned it to foreshadow Crocodile's effect on Arabasta.

Hey if you're seriously interested into getting into the card game products are hard to grab if you don't pre-order ahead... For reference I just pre-ordered OP10 booster set to release probably around March 2025.... We are currently about to get OP07 in English in June so even if you start pre ordering now you won't see product until late 2024-early 2025.... Depending on how fast y'all react you might be in a good spot to pre order now.... At the very least I would advise finding a local card shop to maybe start inquiring about pre orders.... Alternatively if you live near one of the Official Bandai Stores you can get products at MSRP.(Currently one in Texas and New Jersey) There's currently a product shortage so a lot of cards from older set are hard to find atm, BUT Bandai promises to reprint older sets and there are reprint boosters scheduled to release in the near future. Hopefully by the time you guys catch up the problem will be resolved and you'll be able to buy the products closer to MSRP Last thing I wanna say,(sorry for the long post) is that YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT ABOUT SPOILERS in the card game lol... Sometimes the new cards are even spoiler for up to date anime watchers... As in they reveal new cards that is only about to air in the anime but Manga readers would know Anyways, hope that helps~✌️ (If and when you do happen to get into the card game if you truly are struggling to get cards I might be able to at least help with older bulk cards like C, UC, etc.)

I would say this is incorrect slightly. even awakened he could not prevent a country the size of Australia to remain dry everywhere. However if you manipulate the moisture to fall in a certain area it will not continue on to the rest of the country. Much like the sahara desert and africa. Continued use would be necessary though. Since he was no longer using the powder moisture was able to make its way to the capitol.

You guys are really confused about the dancing powder. Let me explain. So in reality dancing powder was never actually used in alabasta for raining. It was only used to frame the king of using it. But than you'll ask why did the rain stop if the powder was never used in the first place? Well, it was because of crocodile and his devil fruit powers. So as soon as he went unconscious, no one was stopping the rain and the starts to fall. Conversation between hina and smoker: Hina was just checking if smoker used the powder make this rain and you heard. Thats it. There to think deeply there my friends. The rain happening at that time was reaf AF. Thank you for reading.

The rain is a natural occurrence, no dance powder was used. The big boat belongs to Crocodile as there is a Jolly Roger on the boat. A Jolly Roger is a pirate flag. Smoker used Captain Hina's boat and resources to look for Crocodile's boat.

Whenever an Arc is over, you'll hear news from all around the world and many characters get brilliant recontextualisation like Smoker & Taishigi in the last EP. Since you heard a warlord fell, the world is in disbalance now. The World changed bc of the Strawhats. You'll feel that at some point. Nothing happens without consequences.

The subs don't show Hina talking about herself in the third person (like some Japanese children). She normally speaks like: "Disappointed. Hina disappointed." But instead, they put: “Disappointed. I'm disappointed.” It's really not the most important detail, but it's an example of characterization lost in translation.

There are so many kitchen and food scenes in one piece, even in the recent episodes we got a scene of luffy eating pizza and a delicious lookin burger. Its crazy good when you happen to be eating the same food as they are cooking or eating, like i was eating a meatball sub when luffy unexpectedly started munching on meatballs during an episode and it made it taste so much better

the artificial rain boat was 🐊 and it was using dance powder. it was located at a place that would rob rain from the alabasta kingdom. if you recall in the dance powder explanation, it doesn't just create rain it seeds clouds that would otherwise form elsewhere. so it basically robs rain from one area to rain in another.. smokers boat was the Lil trike Luke thing. the pink hair was obviously the navy ship

That was a boat owned by Baroque Works that carried dance powder in large quantities, remember they were using it as a red herring to frame the king. Crocodile had been using his devil fruit abilities to cause the drought. But some fans think that Croc was using the boat far away from the island, circling around it at a large enough distance so that it stole Alabasta's rain and caused it to rain into the ocean instead of on the land where it should have fallen. Anyway, requesting help from his old friend and colleague Captain Hina, Smoker had her unit help him locate it and capture it. He needed the extra hands because Tashigi and his men were in Alubarna at the time. Hina asked him if he used some of it to cause the rain in Alubarna, but he says he didn't because it would betray the king's morals. Whether he used it or not is a topic of debate amongst fans. EDIT FOR VISIBILITY: DON'T READ THE TITLE OF EPISODE 130!!
