Dev Report#40.2 - San Ilia City

The plot for San Ilia is done but I'm in the midst of populating San Ilia City with NPCs.
Once that is done, the player should be returning to Port Natalia to progress with the plot where they will meet Granberia's lieutenants, the twins.
Coming up with some draft ideas of how Scatha and Liza would look like as a succubus.
