3 new cores! 2nd one - PocketCDG (Karaoke)

The second new core comes out of leftfield and has been graciously provided by RedBug.

This is a karaoke music player! It can load any MP3+CDG file combination. It will then show the lyrics onscreen and on-cue like a true karaoke player, and it will also highlight the text which should be currently sung.

So far, we have released this program core for the following platforms:

* Windows

* Linux

* Android

Other systems like iOS, OSX and the consoles will get this program later at an undisclosed date and time. We will let you know when updates have happened on this front!

How to get and install this:

1. Start up RetroArch. Inside the main menu, go to 'Online Updater'.

2. Just to make sure we have the latest info files, select 'Update Core Info FIles'. Wait until this is done. Then, select 'Core Updater'.

3. Browse through the list and select 'PocketCDG'.

How to play (after installation):

1. Go back to RetroArch's main menu screen. Select 'Load Content'. Select any start directory here that you want.

2. You need to load a file now with the extension .cdg. You should make sure this file also has a corresponding 'mp3' file within the same folder, or else the program won't work.

3. Load this file. If it asks you to choose a core, select 'PocketCDG'.

If your MP3+CDG combo is good, the program should now start running!
