Taking a break
Added 2024-03-18 05:03:28 +0000 UTCOver the past eighteen months, Ive posted 96 chapters of Caleb, somewhere close to 100 chapters of life after along with several other stories and collections as I have been inspired to write.
I need a break.
With that in mind I'm pausing my patreon page in this instance for a month. Hopefully after that time I'll have had time to recharge.
I'd like to thank you for all your care and support, and hope that you continue to enjoy the stories when normal service is resumed.

Just curious, is anyone else checking in weekly to see if the last two chapters are going to be released?

2024-04-20 18:42:26 +0000 UTCDoes anyone know why Cpt. 94+ are still locked if the one month break is over? Not asking for new content, just like to get the old ones that are now months old

2024-03-18 14:32:46 +0000 UTCCompletely understandable, you have to have a life outside your passion or the passion dies. Glad you are able to recognize this before something breaks. I hope you get what you need from the break. (Just keep us aware if something changes, donโt pull a Tefler ๐)

2024-03-18 14:29:25 +0000 UTCRevitalize, rest, recover and allow your muse to raise your desire to continue to do what you do so well, tell a story! We await your return so we can all enjoy your talent again.

2024-03-18 07:32:30 +0000 UTCYou are such an amazing writer, I will keep an eye out for when you return. I hope you enjoy giving your mind a rest. Selfishly I want to read the last 2 chapters you posted but i'll keep an eye out when they release. Thank you for all that you've done.

2024-03-18 05:47:01 +0000 UTCTake a break, get well, and come back to it with clear eyes. I've been here since the beginning and don't have any plans on leaving.

2024-03-18 05:36:07 +0000 UTCTake your time. I much rather read storys where the writer wants to write than has the feeling he has to write. We will be there when you come back. I hope you find the time to fully recharge even with your job.

2024-03-18 05:17:52 +0000 UTCWe should all be amazed that once you changed jobs you were able to keep up the pace of writing that you have. I travelled more than I wanted to for much of my career; it can really wear on you.

2024-03-18 05:15:05 +0000 UTCChest infection, sheet exhaustion. Please, for your art, your readers, and your characters, lay the burdens down. Take a real break, until you wake up across a bunch of days eager and energized to resume. Until then, every "I should" "I want to" "I REALLY want to" is only a shove to dissipate the whispers of spring. I (we) want you at full strength and joy. We want your life to be as rich as you have enriched ours. And if I long for another chapter, may it only renew my Empathy to push your healing, not your guilt or shame. Read my mind. You'll see this is my truth. ๐
