Drop "HB Slider", "HB Cleavage Overlay" and "HB Nude Default Top (Firm)" in your mods folder. "HB Slider" may change breasts size of some or all of your Sims.
- High Heels Slider (or the heels will dig into the ground).

Note : A tattoo may appear above the chest, you just have to remove it in the tattoo section.
