An Important note- This is not the 100% final version of the video. Its quite close, but I think it still needs some tweaks and revisions. I would say its 99% there, but i wanted to get it out to you guys first mainly because I really value the feedback.

This was great! I hope you are feeling better about it. I'm also glad to hear you are involving some other people in your process. I know you've been holding onto every task with a deathgrip for a while, but I hope having support enables you do more stuff you enjoy (whether it's related to youtube or otherwise) in the future. I find social anxiety stuff extremely fascinating because I'm someone without a lot of social anxiety married to someone with a lot of social anxiety, so it is always very helpful for me to learn more about that perspective and hm, take it more seriously I think. All of the stuff you described here is truly chilling to me. Jesus the string of those horrific someone pretending to be a cop convincing people at work to all gang up on one person. I like to think I wouldn't be vulnerable to that, but I think whatever ability I might have to resist it is only helped by being more aware of it, better able to recognize it. Of course I don't expect to be in a situation that horrific, but it instills the fear in you for a reason, right? Also so glad you were able to get your house! I know the feeling. I'm your age and only got my house last year and I am even MORE in debt for life, haha. I always thought I wouldn't like it but I'm very happy actually to have it. Worth it, even though it's insane how much it cost. Finally! I am in no way reccing you add this to the video, but watching this made me think a lot of Dazai Osamu's Ningen Shikkaku (most recently translated as "A Shameful Life" but more popularly known as "No Longer Human"). If you have not read the book, I highly recommend it. It is written from the perspective of a protagonist who has lived in fear of humans and never been able to understand them their entire life, it's beautifully written and poignant and horrifying and tragic. It's the kind of book where you want to highlight and talk about every other line. (There is also a manga adaption which is quite different and which I haven't finished but I do think it's supposed to be pretty good). Good luck with your move!!

I really hope you do punch that guy in the back of the head! My wife and I just recently got a mortgage ourselves in 2022! Buying a house comes with its own set of challenges but living in your own house really is a wonderful new phase of life. Many Congratulations on that front 🎊

2024-08-06 21:51:10 +0000 UTCdon't have time to watch the full video rn, but i did watch the life update section and wanted to say congratulations on the house/mortgage!! your gratitude radiates through the camera and your words, and as someone with a similar-ish background, i was rly touched also, congratulations on the producer and co-editor!! the gaps btwn videos has never been an issue for me because i love your stuff / they're always bangers, but it's clear you want those gaps to be shortened, and getting a couple of extra hands on deck seems like a massive step twds achieving that i hear that some ppl are rly worried abt letting other ppl get involved in their creative work, for a multitude of reasons, so i'm happy to hear it seems to have been a good experience so far :] speaking of goods - the new merch line SLAPS!! your commitment to not selling anything you don't think is fucking rad remains blatantly true and it's always a delight to see the new pieces. excellent work, from you and the artists!

I think "Speak no evil" needs a spoiler warning after the Bon Jovi song, when they go back to the house. It's a pretty recent film from Denmark that i imagine alot of people have not watched yet. The thing about their daughter being taken is the entire climax. And it's so impactfull how they respond after that.
