So you leave relationships when they are good or bad? I think it’s good AND bad. You hire the best secretary, but there *will be* a better version of this secretary out there, you’ve already set the bar high with this current secretary who is the best you could find, but you just need to iterate. All human relationships are like this, dating, friendship-even marriage? Iterate, iterate, fools!
