I found the last ten minutes or so of discussion quite interesting. I think he's an interesting case because he's almost a guru by proxy. He hits a few of the indicators but brings other people on to put him in 'recovery mode from all the high level ideas'. Also, since I remember this, the guy who said he was disgusted shaking his hand is Tommy Sotomayor, who is an undeniable raging anti-Semite and pals around with David Duke of KKK fame. I can't imagine he has a positive view of gay people but... Dave Rubin definitely shakes hands with people who are bigoted against someone he'd invite to celebrate his anniversary (who wouldn't come anyway because his sexuality is sinful).

Like, in YouTube comments sections sometimes you'll see strong opinions, but a variety of them, and reasonably measured and polite, while with others, 99% of the responses are "absolutely brilliant, you really showed X" and contrary views are savaged. I haven't watched much Triggernometry but I did watch the Sam Harris episode, and when I read the comments I thought wow, we really had a different experience here. I envision a stealth account you can use to post a contrarian view & then measure the pile-on.
