Once submerged in the tank, she turned to face the audience and sat down with a plop, her bottom touching the floor of the tank.

Next was the second stage of restraint.

The staff wrapped more chains around Mai's entire body as she sat in the tank. They secured the knots with padlocks to prevent the chains from coming loose.

Moreover, the ends of the chains were tied to the hooks on the floor of the tank, preventing her body from floating to the surface.

She could no longer escape, nor could she even lift her bottom off the floor of the tank.

This made it impossible for her to float to the surface and breathe.

Another staff member brought a stepladder and began preparing to close the hatch on top of the tank.

This hatch was also made of steel and was very sturdy.

There was a 10-centimeter square hole in each side of the hatch.

The hatch, closed by the staff, was further wrapped with steel chains and finally locked with a key.

This completed the restraint that completely deprived Mai of her freedom...

The audience's eyes widened, and they wore expressions of disbelief, shocked that she was being restrained so thoroughly.

However, contrary to their expectations, Mai inside the tank showed no signs of agitation.

On the contrary, she even had a relaxed smile on her face.

水槽内に潜り込んだ彼女はその場で観客側に向き直ると水槽の床にお尻を付けるような形でペタリと座り込んだ。

次は第二段階の固定である。

スタッフが水槽に座った舞の全身に更にチェーンを巻きつける。そしてその結び目に鎖が外れないように南京錠で鍵を掛けていく

しかもその鎖の端部は水槽の床のフックに縛り付け彼女の躰が水面に浮き上れないように固定されるのだ。

もはや脱出するどころか水槽の床からお尻を持ち上げることすら出来ない。

これにより彼女は水面に浮き上がって呼吸する事も出来ないのだ。

もう一人のスタッフは脚立を持ってくると水槽上面の扉を閉める準備に取り掛かった。

この扉も鋼鉄製であり非常に頑丈な作りである。

扉にはそれぞれ一ヶ所づつ10センチ真四角の穴が開けられていた。

スタッフによって閉められた扉は更に鋼鉄製の鎖が巻かれ最後に鍵でロックされた。

これで完全に舞の自由を奪う拘束が完成したことになる……

まさかここまで厳重に拘束するとは・・・・・観客達は目を見開き信じられないといった表情を浮かべる。

ただ、そんな彼らの予想に反して水槽内の舞は一切動揺する様子を見せない。

そればかりか余裕の笑顔さえ浮かべていた。
