Tier updates for 2023

Hey everyone <3 So, I need to make some updates to the prices of my tiers for 2023 to adjust for inflation, but mainly because of a bug with Patreon.

I noticed at the end of last year, something strange happened where suddenly the price of my tiers were dropped without me changing them and Patrons were getting charged different amounts. I've reached out to Patreon to get help, but they still haven't gotten back to me about why this is happening.

Rather than wait for their response, I've decided to take this time to update the   price of my Patreon tiers to adjust for inflation.

What does this mean for you?

Everyone will need to update their pledge to the new tiers before March 1. All old tiers will be deleted at the start of March 2023 and you will no longer receive benefits if you are on the legacy tiers.

All tiers will be slightly increased to bring them back to their original prices and adjust for inflation. Patrons who joined before October will see an increase of about $1, but Patrons who joined from the end of October and onward will see a larger increase due to the Patreon bug.

The increase on the Nestling tier is due to inflation on postage and production costs. Last year I switched to making stickers out of house to improve the quality, but it's also become more expensive for me to make as production costs increased. To continue providing high quality stickers, I need to increase the price of the Happy Mail tier. I'm also planning to improve the quality of the postcards with this change.

How do I change my tier?

The new tiers are available now, but I recommend you change your tier after Feb 1, otherwise you will pay the new price for both January and February.

I don't make this change lightly and I know that the increase may not be within everyone's budget, and I totally understand if you will not be able to continue to support me on Patreon through 2023 as we all adjust our costs. However if you do stay, I hope that you will continue to enjoy the content through the year with new digital downloads, behind the scenes and extras I am planning.
