2025-08-15 10:46:03 +0000 UTCI'm really enjoying this show so far, surprisingly. I've never been a fan of Alien (though I did watch some of the movies with Sigourney Weaver). Like, I know it exists but I just didn't have strong feelings for it. I just started watching this because I saw you guys react to it. It wasn't even in my radar. Haha! I think my only question is do Hybrids still feel fear? That part of the episode with the alien and cat and the Hybrids showed fear made me wonder. Was the stimulus high enough that they mimicked fear? It was fascinating.

The sets, the aliens, the environment all look so good. Also find it funny that the show is having the traditional problem of clarifying the difference between cyborgs, androids, and synths.

My favorite part was Adam’s opening statement “I think we’ll stick around until it gets to a point where maybe the show’s not doing it for us.” Cut to… “Why can’t we have the next episode NOW!
