For this week's post take a look at a bit of Polar Mandrazill civilian concept designs. Because they don't really need to wear heavy winter clothes to keep warm, they wear many open or cut off tops and shorts. They do still wear winter styles so that tourists don't feel out of place needing to keep warm.
