VNGE patch for v32, beta
Added 2021-11-09 13:05:37 +0000 UTCUpdate for VNGE32.
A big update for VNText, some new feature in VNSound, and a new VNSS extend provide manageable timer.
Again, use it in VNGE32 only!
- autorun_kernel: show a "Load with MMDD" button when MMDD data detected

- scenesavesate_vnssext: Schedule ext support, vntext new command support
- vnframe: VNText support sub-window mode
- vnscenescriptext_schedule10: new ext cmd, for manageable timer

- vntext: new property of hide-with-parent and word wrap, new sync function, manager window support sub-window style
