Back asap with some regular posts. August has turned out to be super-busy (had to turn down two very decent cover gigs, which is not something I usually have to do) and I'm back to my pain management doctor for my arm and hand. Got a bunch of trigger point injections for my shoulder on Saturday and in two weeks I go in to the hospital for a steroid shot for the hand. And then probbaly another shot for the shoulder and arm.
