~May 2021 Monthly Theme: Mental Health Awareness~

This month, it looks like we're turning inward! Mental health isn't something that should be stigmatized, but unfortunately, it is. This month, we're going to use audios to maybe talk about mental health, and explore it in a way that is not reproachful and not harmful. I want to offer comfort to those who struggle with it! Also, there are those that believe healthy human contact (and that includes sexual contact between consenting adults) can help with Mental Health!
