Hey guys, it's devlog time again.

0.4.1

As mentioned in the previous log, I've been working on an enhanced version of 0.4 for the public release - it's now complete and went live yesterday. I've updated the links in the 0.4 release post in case any of you haven't played 0.4 yet, or simply want to play around with the new version.

It contains a completely redone day 1, replacing the old free-roam section with story and 50 new renders.

It also adds sound to the entire game (around 70 sound effects and ambiance tracks), and contains the now complete character bio menu:

With the 0.4 public release out of the way, I'm now free to focus all of my efforts on rendering 0.5, and I'm currently about 100 renders in. My (very rough) estimate is that the final number will be somewhere in the 900-1000 region, so this update's going to be a big one! Correspondingly, I'm hoping for the release date to be around the start of next month.

I'll start posting preview images for the higher tiers when I have more to show, but for now I'll leave you all with this:
