It's week 1 of a brand new month which means it's time to check in on our technique :D Laying down a strong foundational base is vital for us to be able to grow as skaters and unlock new skills, so this class is a chance for you to see where you're at, what you need to work on and what you can praise yourselves for! I hope you enjoy this class :D
