2025-08-01 22:46:05 +0000 UTCYeah, I'm actually keeping the backgrounds the way I often do with my illustrations, where I let the characters take center stage. It absolutely helps with that focus on the characters and their focus on each other.

It kinda gives a "nothing else matters in this moment" feel like they're so focussed on each other they're not fully aware of what is happening elsewhere in the house.
