Like the last post, this is still created in Material Maker, just rendered in Blender(using exported maps).
In the zip file you will find the textures for the material (including original ptex source file for Material Maker) and the .blend file. Textures are not packed but set to relative.
This was based on a material I created last year in Blender, which will be available shortly in a couple days or so.
