I spent most of yesterday evening looking into my video editing issue and it's fixed now- yay! :D The last thing I wanted was to learn a new program right now. Learning about the 3dio is enough at the moment and upgrading things one at a time is easier for me lol.
Apologies again that the last roleplay was in audio file only. I made sure to include the intended thumbnail art in this post! Some of you may already know but this character is an original character of mine named Ash. I drew her in modern clothes for this roleplay but included her character sheet for what she normally looks like :P

That's good to hear! Happy to know you're liking your new place so far :) The carpet thing kinda sucks, but at least it's not on the inside where you'll be living so that is a plus! I get it though. One of my old places looked like complete shit outside and it's never nice to look at. Maybe you'll get lucky and they'll remodel it. As for driving in snow, NC and VA got pretty bad sometimes, especially in the mountain area. Just take your time and drive slow! Make sure to always give your car some time to warm up before heading out too.

Although at least one of my other friends was about the same level of scared as I was so I wasn't alone. I'd never heard of Theresia, although I didn't play many DS games so I don't find it too surprising. But after looking it up it kinda reminds me of 999 and Zero Escape to some degree but seems a lot darker in tone.

There's this old Nintendo DS game that I always get confused with Amnesia for some reason. It's called Theresia and I remember being so scared playing it when I was younger. Very eerie but really good!

2023-10-30 21:27:55 +0000 UTCThanks for asking! The area is real pretty, and I’ve already found a spot with nice trails and found a great movie theatre. My apartment is pretty nice, more square footage than my last one, brand new appliances (minus the fridge), and I like the style more. Unfortunately the hallways and stairwell outside my apartment look pretty bad, management should really replace the carpet there but I’m not holding my breath for it. They re-carpeted some other building’s stairwells/hallways though so who knows, maybe I’ll get lucky. But hey at least the interior of my place looks great so that’s a win. Overall not bad, more positives than negatives for sure and like I said, this area of Nebraska really is pretty. Not looking forward to driving in the winter here though. Coming from the south I’ve never really had to drive in bad ice and snow so that’s gonna be scary as shit for me till I get used to it haha

2023-10-30 04:51:16 +0000 UTCYeah Y was really fun! Lysandre is very insane lol. But I liked having a group of friends going around rather than just one rival. I did also enjoy that the main person you battle is the character that you don't pick at the start. I was disappointed though that the starters didn't get mega evos. Overall though I didn't have any major complaints! Yeah it is neat for Alan Wake to be a writer and it's also meaningful that he is too. To be honest, horror games where you don't have a weapon or a way to fight back scare the hell out of me lol. Like there's a game called Phasmophobia and I just can't play it at all. However if I can fight back against the horrors than I am all in. I love the Resident Evil franchise, I have played all the main line entries several times! But in general I like games similar to it as well like Dead Space, Silent Hill, Evil Within, etc.

I really need to shape up on my tech knowledge with some things for sure, I know it will help me in the long run. How are you enjoying your new place so far? Starting fresh is a lot of work but I hope you get some time to chill too!

I looked up the Alan Wake game and it seems really interesting. Looks like the MC is a writer which always draws me in lol. Ngl, as much as I love horror art and movies there's something about horror games that I'm terrible at. Don't get me wrong, they are really fun, but I think I get too nervous and end up sucking really bad haha! Having said that, Resident Evil 4 is probably one of my favorite games...even though I'm terrible at it xD

I’m just enjoying taking a rest this weekend, gonna be slammed for the next couple months starting Tuesday. Things should mellow out after that though once I settle into my new routine. No worries about needing to upload as an audio file. I’m happy you figured out the video editing problem, technology is a bitch sometimes haha

So it's neat to have it next to the new design. My weekend has been good so far, I beat Pokémon Y yesterday and started a game called Alan Wake 2. It is a sequel to one of my favorite games of all time and it has been 13 years since the original so I was very hyped for it's release. And it hasn't disappointed, it may be my favorite horror game of all time if it stays as good as it has been!
