July! Oh boy!
Added 2022-07-01 18:27:04 +0000 UTCNot much to add since last post, but figured I'd do an update anyways. Art done last month will also be posted when I get home from the weekend pre-holiday slam at work.
I'll be blunt, it's going to be a rough month.
Time packing for the move will be spent split between doing art and helping with renovations at the new place. I'll still be doing what I can without destroying myself in the process, but I can't make any promises.
This month's goals;
- Revising prices and rewards from egg to gold. Prices are to go down, and rewards will be shifted slightly.
-Comic writing to continue with help from Juui, who has been very patient.
-Animation experiments to begin.
-Talking to my advisor Enlo about the future of Ovum.
Contradictory to my last post, I think it will probably go away in the future. The rewards will be split among the other three and there will only be Egg, Silver, and Gold. Reward art will be done via the usual method so *everyone* gets a shot.
I love the peeps in Ovum but many in the lower tiers have expressed understandable concerns about it, and I agree with most of them. Plus I'd like to open for commissions, not to mention finishing those I still owe. (Some of which are now in 1yr+ in waiting.)
**IF** this happens there will be a very early heads up and all rewards currently owed will be completed as per the agreement, then everything will be business as usual.
As always I will keep everyone in the know.
In the meantime I hope everyone has a lovely weekend and a not so hot July. I know I'll be spending my birthday trying not to flip cars in the parking lot at work... the hotdog suit makes me feel too powerful.
