Maintenance - Yay!

First of, thanks for your understanding during the vote. I know that maintenance is a bit lame, but I´m glad you agree with me on its necessity.

First point on the List is the long overdue rework of the chopping block. One of the oldest Devices in the series.

Aside from redoing the terribly inefficient Executioner/Guard finder script, I´ve also decoupled the entire thing from the Vanilla animationevents and gave them a dedicated FNIS-Implementation for their Anims.
This allows to have all different styles of animations and 3d models for the Block available simultaneously. And allows for some potential experiments with sexy time before the chop. (Psyche has already a neat animation for this in his SL-pack, and I even have permissions to use them).

Other than that, Players can now choose whether they want to be the executioner or the Guard when executing npc´s, and I´m working on a alternative fake-decap for those who want to keep their face overlays.
