A new charity after castling Santé D'. 🏰 There's a common paradox i find on dating profiles with introverts: where they will talk more once they get to know someone, but they can't get to know someone unless they talk. Seems there's a small taboo towards talking about one's self societally, but i feel that the dating arena is one place where the governor should come off when i ask others to tell me more about them. If they write "just ask", then I see that as failing their writing assignment. One of the things i find attractive is when someone really knows thyself enough to write their service manual. The number one trait which users find attractive was humility. Humility & empathy are what narcissists lack, so seeing humility in profiles serves as a litmus test that signals someone is not an undesirable narcissist. How would dating platforms be able to better influence or force users to write & speak more about thyself to foster relationships ? There's character minimums in text-boxes, but I am thinking there should be a worker at the service who should interview those who struggle with writing & need that help. It would also help screen against scams & posers. I used to offer to do this, to help write their dating resume via video-chat, but i no longer have time or patience for interviews freely, but perhaps their could be a service more like BetterHelp, where a confidentiality agreement could help introverts open-up without fear of rejection which still had most of those i interviewed holding back. Yes, there are matchmakers, but i think many would rather partner-shop themselves & get that discovery-dopamine. A counter on profiles might help to show how many dates has a user been on by two-sided confirmation, how good was the setting of dates, how many are passing, liking, super-liking, messages received, messages replied to, etc. That would be useful to persuade men from not stereotypically messaging those hotties whose inboxes are flooded & their response rate drops.
