One more day of rest

Today is better than yesterday, thank the Gods!
Still a good bit of pain at the surgical site and not able to speak well enough to make a video but I’ll fill you in textually.
Yesterday the pain in the surgical site was really intense so I did take stronger meds yesterday but I kept ice on it and rinsed with salt water and rested all day and night. The swelling is much better. While I’m thankful for the pain relief, I hate taking opioids but they were needed and they worked well. Today I’m back on Tylenol and marijuana and doing well with that. I think I will rest one more day and try to do a video tomorrow and maybe get out and about.
For now I rest.
