We found this sweet girl on our steps back in June. I was cooking dinner when all of a sudden the dogs started going crazy Jeremy bolted out the front door. I was so confused! I went to go check on him and saw him swaying around in the middle of the road, all helter skelter. I thought maybe he was drunk and caught a bad case of the baby legs. What was actually happening was that this little kitten was in need of some help and he was trying to catch her. He managed finally to get her and bring her up on the stairs. We left her outside the first night because she definitely had fleas and maybe had a mommy looking for her. She stayed on the porch the whole night and the entire next day. We decided to wash her up and keep her separate from the other animals until we could treat her. We said we didn’t need another cat but…

Our sweet baby Minnie has feline acne so I give her daily face washes with micellar water and hydrogen peroxide mixtures. It’s non toxic and relieves her itching and pain from her acne. As I rub in the mixture she is in absolute heaven. She starts purring and goes into a state of bliss. She doesn’t fight me at all. It’s like she knows it makes her better. It’s one of my favorite things about this house. She thinks she is a dog so she hangs out with the dogs all day, playing and play fighting with them. She has become such a lovely addition to our family.
