I tried to cry slyly earlier in the ride because I didn’t want her to see
But I know she did
I wonder if she thinks I’m just like her
Her phone case opens like a book
In the inside pocket she has a post it with something scribbled on it
A bandaid
A worn business card
On the surface she is put together enough
But underneath
Quietly disheveled
Lived in
Human
Tired
She is just like me
