When we’re angry, we don’t have always have the freedom to express that. There’s always the risk of being labeled "the angry black woman". Holly & Nia did an episode of the Big Sis Energy Podcast about a year ago where Holly opens up about her experience on the show.

I can’t stand watching the rest of it because it just got more fake than before and you two were no longer there with your kids. It was also in LA, and it stopped being about the sweet Pittsburgh girls and their moms. You 2 made the show along with the girls of course. Love you both so much! Hope you come to SF or LA so badly! I think you'll be very entertained with everything, however i imagine the production notes make it better because honestly the show gets boring and is basically all pickups covering the story there are way less raw fun moments
