He's an absolutely amazing writer, and it's so fun seeing him be bit of a more mainstream big deal these days:) It reminds me a bit of when two comics have the same idea for a joke, or simply forgetting where the inspiration for a joke came from, and the final jokes become so similar that one of them have to give the rights to it to the other. It happens:) Especially in a genre as saturated as pop, where certain chord structures are preferred/sell better. The paramore incident probably also caused people to see if they could find more similarities in Olivias discography. Look at some Adam Nealy videos on the topic for more and better information on how these things happen musically and legally.

I think you could go for an adjective based name, those are easy to put on merch, like you could call it the Pretty Confused podcast and that's wearable

2023-09-21 06:26:56 +0000 UTCI like both of those names, but Lack of Attention is good for the double meaning like "We suffer from lack of attention so we made a podcast" but also "We can't pay attention." Truthfully, this podcast could be called The QT and Maya Podcast and I'd still listen. If one of those other names gets you guys resources you need to keep the podcast going and get more sponsors then do it. We'll all be here!
