Chapter 41 of Breaker's Tale is out!
Added 2025-05-21 04:01:10 +0000 UTCA bit shameful, but I have to say that I've burned out from editing too much(some of you might have probably noticed it due to the extremely late updates). I got excited about the final edits, and I went about it in depth, even rewriting certain scenes (again). With the CoF chapter this week and some real-life stuff that demands my attention, I have decided to take a break.
Anyway, I did a chapter and a half, so I will post the edited chapter, and posting will resume on the 2nd of June. (Taking the next week off from BT, basically)

I think you need to get some rest. It’s a marathon, not a sprint. I actually felt sorry for Daenerys here. From her earliest years, she was made into a victim. And when she gained power, she lashed out, which is what she’d been taught by her abusers.

2025-05-21 14:28:16 +0000 UTCNgl as annoying as Daenerys is I actually felt sad for her in the end. All she ever wanted was to go back to a home that never accepted her, and to be loved but only ever got people who saw her as useful. In the end she helped millions of slaves become free and they’ll probably tell stories about her for millennia. I hope that was some comfort to her in the end.
