If you guys want to get into more Spanish music, not only would I love to see Kali Uchis on here personally, but I think she's a perfect balance to ease into. Her albums "Sin Miedo" and "Orquídeas" are primarily in Spanish, and they are absolutely beautiful. One thing I love about her is how flawlessly she can change languages in her songs which is why I think she's a great balance! Her discography is one of the best out there right now, but those 2 would be great introductions in my opinion! Also, "Motomami" by Rosalia is on the more experimental side but it is also an album in Spanish. I call it her "Brat" album, so hopefully that can convince you guys to react to it!

2024-12-09 22:51:12 +0000 UTCwhen this album came out lejos de ti spoked to me the most she is telling her lover that despite her being so far away to continue to remember her because she still loves them very dearly, the bridge is her expressing how painfully she still loves them, and then she changes the chorus at the to reflect that despite them being so far from her she will never forget them, it's a beautiful song and this is truly a beautiful album I love it so much.

Not my favorite album but definitely worth the listen. Looking forward to your top 10 of the year. Loving the recent stuff, and how it feels more like what the channel was made for. The visuals through those lyrics are just incredible The two Superclean EPs and their first album are also excellent, definitely worth going back to
