Added 2016-09-01 15:41:21 +0000 UTCI was really anxious about these effects. They looked great in the black and white sketch, but I wasn't sure how it would look in colour with the effects painted in. Luckily, I think it turned out great.
In even more positive news, I have a publisher interested in making Sprawl books. Nothing solid yet but I'll share more news as I can.
