I love the concept if I may compliment myself for a moment, and it gets more extreme later!

well basically Skarpne has like shark-like teeth, and I personally enjoy drawing em, so I draw em when I can. If you talking about the thing in her mouth, it's just a super-tough ring-gag to withstand her teeth. o.o
