2011 throwback

Sunny overstepped too many boundaries and broke my heart, I don’t drink anymore and my husband and I haven’t had group sex in a few years. But I’m glad all of those things happened when they did. Life is rich and surprising and always evolving.
I only came across this photo because I opened the tumblr app and someone had reblogged it. The first time tumblr ran the adult filters this was tagged adult and removed. But months later they changed the standards and I asked for an appeal, and it was accepted.
Sunny and I had a really beautiful clearing of the air years later, where we both apologized for things that went sideways, and shed light on some of our choices at the time. It felt good to have some closure, and put to rest those hurts. I hope she’s doing well, and this picture made me smile in spite of everything.
